To provide 180 million standard cubic meters of green hydrogen for methanol workshop each year, replacing coal to produce hydrogen, providing 99 million cubic meters of oxygen each year, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 445,000 tons, which is the largest renewable energy hydrogen production project per plant in the world.

The whole chain is zero emission and pollution-free: the project produces green electric energy through solar energy, and then uses green electric energy as power, produces "green hydrogen" and "green oxygen" through electrolyzing water, uses "green hydrogen" to replace coal as raw material, and "green oxygen" to replace coal as fuel, and directly supplies the chemical system to produce hundreds of high-end chemical products such as polyethylene and polypropylene.

As one of the forerunners in the domestic green hydrogen industry, Cockerell has set up the "National Solar Electrolytic Water Hydrogen Production Comprehensive Demonstration Project" as the starting point to help realize the transformation of coal resources from fuel to chemical raw materials and the clean and efficient use of coal resources. The demonstration leads the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of the coal chemical industry, and actively contributes to the realization of the national "3060" double-carbon goal and the guarantee of national energy security.

China's first 10000-ton photovoltaic green hydrogen demonstration project is also the largest photovoltaic green hydrogen production project under construction in the world. Cockerell competed and won the bid for 24 units with hydrogen production of 1000Nm 3/ H alkaline electrolyzer - the quantity accounts for about 50% of the total order quantity.

"Multiplication" of hydrogen production capacity: the hydrogen production capacity of the system reaches 4000Nm 3/ h. Single purification capacity reaches 8000Nm 3/ h. Significant achievements have been made in improving hydrogen production capacity and optimizing remote control.

Time division: the system uses advanced rectifier transformer to effectively eliminate the impact of harmonics on the power grid, greatly optimize the power quality of large-scale renewable energy hydrogen production, and reduce the load response time of hydrogen production system to millisecond level.

"Addition" of comprehensive energy efficiency: the electrolytic cell, the core component of the hydrogen production system, is set with a more reasonable current density, which can effectively reduce energy consumption and significantly improve the overall energy efficiency.

"Subtraction" of investment cost: the integrated design of electrolytic cell, rectifier cabinet and other equipment reduces the overall investment cost of hydrogen production system, providing a more cost-effective direction for large-scale industrial application.
