QH100-5000 Hydrogen recovery and purification equipment
The device can automatically fill fresh hydrogen after decompression according to hydrogen consumption in the three workshops of reduction, tungsten carbide and hard alloy. It is mainly used for recycling excess hydrogen in reduction furnaces in non-ferrous metal industry. The recycling rate of hydrogen reaches more than 80%, which can save a lot of power and energy for non-ferrous metal industry. In recent years, it has been widely and successfully applied in more than 20 large-scale pure tungsten, molybdenum, nickel powder production enterprises.

1. According to the hydrogen consumption of the three workshops of reduction, tungsten carbide and hard alloy, the amount of fresh hydrogen can be automatically added after decompression.
2, can ensure the system pressure balance, the fan does not pump negative pressure. Make sure the stove is working properly.
3, according to the washing requirements, the washing tower can be parallel or series use. The whole system only needs one fan, no regenerative fan.
4, according to the reduction, tungsten carbide, hard alloy three workshop hydrogen demand changes, through the fan automatic frequency regulation pressure to meet the change of working conditions, heating.
5. The water content and oxygen content of the recycled product hydrogen are tested online. The oxygen content can be less than 5PPM and the water content ≤-60℃ dew point.
6, the purification and drying of the recovery system, heating and regeneration, discharge of condensate water, hydrogen supplement, system pressure balance, etc. are fully controlled by PLC.
